Heather is passionate about advancing talent through leadership development. She has led enterprise learning initiatives for culture, change, and transformation. Prior to her work in Learning & Development, Heather served Boeing in a variety of HR roles focusing in the areas of talent, diversity & inclusion and business partnership. Heather is based in Seattle, WA but has worked at multiple Boeing sites, including Dubai, UAE.
Izabela Mroz

Izabela started her career as a translator before she decided to join the corporate world. At Boeing, she has held several different roles within the talent acquisition and HR transformation space. As a part of BGLI, she creates and delivers collaborative learning experiences for our customers. Prior to that, as a Global Strategy & Integration Lead, she was responsible for driving and deploying projects and initiatives across the globe to ensure Talent Acquisition Delivery is optimized and continuously improving.

With a background in human capital consulting and research, Megha envisions learning experiences that are designed to succinctly drive skill development. Having delivered leadership development programs in both in-person and virtual settings for learners from across the globe, she leverages creative learning techniques such as LEGO® Serious Play® to create an engaging learning environment. She is currently training to be a certified coach.
