Prior to her work in Learning & Development, Heather served Boeing in a variety of HR roles focusing in the areas of talent, diversity & inclusion and business partnership. Heather is based in Seattle, WA but has worked at multiple Boeing sites, including Dubai, UAE.

Izabela started her career as a translator before she decided to join the corporate world. At Boeing, she has held several different roles within the talent acquisition and HR transformation space. As a part of BGLI, she creates and delivers collaborative learning experiences for our customers. Prior to that, as a Global Strategy & Integration Lead, she was responsible for driving and deploying projects and initiatives across the globe to ensure Talent Acquisition Delivery is optimized and continuously improving.
